The FASTER consortium gathered at University of Twente, in Enschede, the Netherlands, to participate in the project Kick-Off Meeting in January 2025.
Partners had the opportunity to share insights and thoughts on how to achieve the project goals, as well as to establish a common strategy based on synergy and commitment.
The meeting marked the beginning of a 4-year ambitious journey towards sustainable alternatives for hydrogen storage and transport. We aim at developing groundbreaking technology for long-term energy storage in the form of a chemical vector – green ammonia.
Our ultimate goal is to help decrease Europe’s dependence on imported natural gas, by setting up innovative alternatives for a more sustainable and cost-effective energy storage system.
